Our Head Chef has created a menu based on the very best produce inspired by Norwegian culinary traditions. We welcome our guests to an exquisite and authentic meal in historic surroundings.

The à la carte menu is served Monday to Saturday 5pm to 11pm and Sundays 6pm to 10pm.

with glassed endives, scorzonera, carrot, thyme potatoes and a red wine jus
