Our head chef has composed a menu of seasonal produce.
Our staff we be on site to present norwegiasn smoked salmon, cured ham and a selection of cheese.
Filet of beef with mushrooms and bearnaise
Marinated leg of lamb with rataoulli and redwine sauce
Turkey with seasonal vegetables and sweet pepper sauce
Gratinated potatos, fried rice, fried potatos from the local farmers at Gyda Farm.
